Just working on my new computer which was set up with the assistance of Hero which took them moments and saved me buckets of time. I've worked with them for around 2 years now and they have been superb.

As a small business you wonder if you can justify the cost of an IT support contract however the time I've saved not fixing IT issues for me and my staff has been many times the cost of the contact. Its now an essential service to my business.

Having used Hero IT Support for the last 4 years (from when they were previously Fit Systems), they've consistently been an asset of a partner to deal with. They have a friendly team, are always quick to respond (including out of hours if needed), have different levels of knowledge to suit the issue, and feel like they're our IT department...without having to have one! We began working with Hero It in the summer of 2011 after becoming dissatisfied with the service we were receiving from our previous Managed IT support company.
We required a company that could offer 24/7 support for the entire IT infrastructure in our small Structural Engineering consultancy based in Sevenoaks in Kent.
After meeting with a number of IT support companies we appointed Hero IT based on the flexible Service packages offered, excellent value price points and most importantly their friendly no pressure down to earth approach in selling their company services.
6 years on I can happily say that we made the right choice.
After a steady period of expansion and more recently a merge with another large company our business has now quadrupled in size.
Throughout the entire process Hero IT have been intrinsically involved in establishing the IT infrastructure for the company merger, initially providing a range of best practice IT solutions, then streamlining and adapting our chosen plan, Hero IT were always Professional, well informed and quick to answer any questions we had.
Once a plan was chosen things moved quickly and easily right up until the day of the office move. Hero IT came in over a weekend and pulled out all the stops to ensure the entire network was back up and running by Monday morning. We had no issues with the entire migration and were all amazed how smoothly it had all gone.
Hero IT constantly monitor our network and manage our workstations remotely, often sorting out problems before they interrupt production in our offices. They are always proactive in reducing our IT costs and keeping us informed of the relevant new technologies and market trends. All of their staff are polite, friendly and very well informed. If a problem cannot be resolved on the initial call for help Hero IT are very pro-active in finding a quick solution and resolving the issue.
They have not let us down once and we consider them to be a key part of our business model. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
