My husband was unable to use his laptop because it was so slow to boot up and then eventually it just stopped working. I took it to Heswall Computers and Jarad (who was very helpful and friendly), said to leave it with him to access what was wrong with it. Well the hard drive was failing so Jarad replaced it with a new faster SSD hard drive and a few other bits and now it is perfect. The service was quick, a good price and I would certainly
recommend this company to anyone. Many thanks!

Jarad did a fantastic job at clearing and upgrading the hard drive of my Mac Book. It works perfectly now and he even threw in a few helpful tips. Friendly, speedy service.

I had some issues with my laptop and basically lost everything. Jarad was able to look at it immediately and whilst he did his best to retrieve the data, unfortunately it was beyond help. I know he spent more time on it than he invoiced me for and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. He also offered sound advice to prevent this sort of thing happening in the future.

Once again Heswall Computers have really helped me out with updating/installing and cleaning up my laptop. Although no longer situated in Heswall, the new office premises at Tarran Industrial estate, Moreton offers easy parking facilities for customers. With much thanks to Jarad, I now have a faster more efficient system to work on and would thoroughly recommend Heswall Computers for all their advice, computer repairs and services.

Faultless service.
Diagnosed the problem immediately and stayed in touch throughout the process.
A reasonable price given that some national organisations were quoting obscene figures. I was also very impressed with the advice given afterwards about protecting my data in the future.

Laptop failed to auto repair/reboot. Emailed Heswall Computers and received a swift response. Dropped laptop off at 10.30am Friday. Due online Saturday, hoping issue could be found and resolved but feared I’d need to buy a replacement beforehand. Jared advised it would likely be Monday but he’d do what he could. I received hourly updates and was delighted to hear I was able to collect mid afternoon! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jared. Exceptional service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Microsoft account/laptop had a huge security issue and screen froze etc. Jarad wiped the laptops and installed strong security etc, From initial advice, to a detailed talk on how to remain secure, Jarad was patient, extremely helpful and professional. 1 month on all is well. I highly recommend Heswall Computers for genuine customer service, The affordable basics to stay safe online, perfect for older people there is also a collect service.
