Unable to manage their calendars. They don't show up for meetings that they arrange. Without an apology.

Terrible service, we gave a specific budget and ended up spending 100s more than we thought. We had to wait ages as they were either on holiday or off sick, Read the small print very carefully and be careful what you sign would be my advice. I've used much better companies and won't use hk law again

Just discovered that a will has been changed 4 days after her husband passed and was clearly cohersed as her 25 year old will has been changed. Luckily, many legal documents, voice evidence and more are accessable to support that our family member was sadly suffering with onset dementia, was being manipulated and would not have been her wishes. I look forward to seeing how and why this was carried out in the not too distant future and will be taking legal action. Even though myself would not have benefitted either way, the principal and sheer greed of other parties involved gives me plausible and moral reason to take this further.

Very mixed feelings. Trustee Manager tries his best. The Trustees are also usually helpful and responsive, but the Trustees occasionally make bad decisions and then refuse to correct them when challenged with simply logic; also, sometimes funds take too long to be sent even when advance notice is given (such as for an imminent house move.)

It used to be a lot better but seems to be suffering the problems with the supply chain for certain products just running out reminiscent of the beginning of covid panic buying.
Hopefully this is a temporary setback

Too much information on the website, not very user friendly. I couldn't navigate so I just exited.
Can't comment on the service as I ended up going with someone else. Tip: They did not stuff their website.
