Whilst in the process of completing my Will, I hesitated about a small change of giving. I was advised that it would be only a small amendment and that I could phone her with the change ,and therefore it didn't matter too much that I wasn't quite sure at that moment in time.

I gathered from our conversation that as it was only a small change and could be done over the phone, that equally it would be very inexpensive, compared to the £168 I had just spent on the Will making. It was on an offer at the time.

However after a few months, I emailed to make my minor changes and was advised by the same professional that it would be a further £150. 00 . I was completely flaberghasted and complained that I felt mislead. The firm replied that they couldn't do anything and ignored my dispute. I have since moved my Will and found another solicitors to complete it. Very disappointing and definitely won't be using or recommending this company in future.
