Cannot recommend enough!
Hayley has been amazing helping me book a holiday for me and my disabled mum.
I was worried as I have never booked a holiday when needing disability support but Hayley has been so helpful and made the process so easy.
She has taken into account my mum can’t walk very far so has arranged for us to take my mums scooter and also booked seats as close to the front as possible.

I can’t thank Hayley enough for her support and knowledge to help us book a holiday to Disneyland and Paris. Didn’t know where to start as we’ve not been abroad since 2019. My husband had done some googling and we basically concluded it was too expensive. I emailed requirements to holiday hamster including details of our daughter’s autism and we are now looking forward to flying at the end of October for a holiday within our budget and ticking all our requirements. Just back from our amazing holiday in Fuerteventura and we can’t thank Hayley and Martin enough for their assistance. They are so knowledgeable, friendly and personable. They organised absolutely everything from start to finish and the whole trip went seamlessly. From our overnight stay at the airport before travelling, having our paperwork/tickets in chronological order for ease, it was wonderful.
