I contacted John because I was looking for something more than CBT, I read his 'about me' and rang him in my darkest hour. I have never looked back after speaking to John, he's made me laugh and cry, but above all he has helped me to find the real me! I can't thank him enough for his patience as I've cried over things from past and present and he's made me look at things in such a different way. I would recommend John to anyone who needs help, he is very understanding and caring, and it was a pleasure to work with. I consider him a friend as well as a counselor.
I'll always keep his number close by (just in case).
