I can't recommend Matt's services highly enough. I believe I had a particularly challenging repair issue, as it was quite a high spec PC built for CGI rendering, that was no longer booting. As such, there weren't equivalent parts to swap out for troubleshooting the problem.
Nonetheless, Matt went to great lengths to essentially do a complete reassemble, ensuring everything was seated and installed correctly, and it's now running like new!
The repair was turned around very quickly, and communication was terrific.

I suddenly discovered that the C: drive on my laptop was quickly running out of space. I was thinking about buying a new and larger storage laptop. However, I called Matt for advice. He quickly found out the cause (Me !) and reconfigured my laptop so that I have a large amount of space. A huge saving since I no longer need a new laptop. Full marks to Matt !!

My laptop was running very slowly and not charging properly. I’d googled various DIY solutions and none had helped. Contacted Matt to ask him to investigate; initially he gave me (free) some very helpful DIY tips, which helped me diagnose the charging problem (it was the adapter), though didn’t improve performance. So I took the laptop to him whereupon he replaced the old-style HDD with SSD, and then didn’t charge me for any further investigation into performance. He also sold me his spare original Dell adapter for a very modest price.It is now completely transformed. I would definitely use his company again.
