I found Fraser via Google after contacting "other" local Surveyors. Fraser responded quickly and we had an initial phone call to discuss the potential requirement. I went through my thoughts about why i wanted a survey done and he made some recommendations whilst on the call. Frasers survey and report were very detailed and also he provided a follow up meeting onsite with me to go through the report which was very much appreciated whilst the majority of his competitors that I spoke to only seemed interested in how much they wanted to charge me for their services (also i have to say Frasers prices are very competitive) - not that we went for the cheapest but for a company / person who actually cared!
