Very Poor, not a great enthusiast on engagement with the client or council on their behalf,

And then the “Out of the blue” call you get from the builder…. The other guy in Lytham who takes you for a ride Is comical.

This guy recommended we could trust the builder in question and it turned out our development had to be torn down and rebuilt.

Chris was difficult to get hold of when we needed him and avoided any involvement when his recommendation turned out to be a charlatan.

We had to submit altered design to the council and Chris advised it was just a change of material and wouldn’t be a problem. If fact, it was a new roof design and was a problem.

This designer is clearly out of his depth and if you receive any follow up calls from builders in the Lytham area (MA of Lake Road Lytham) you’re in big trouble. Please avoid, avoid, avoid,

Chris designed the renovation of our new home. The site survey and drawings were produced within 2 weeks and any alterations required were done within 3 days. He also put us in touch with professional trades men which assisted us greatly.

Chris was always available on the phone and goes over & above to help and make this journey easier. Would highly recommend.
