Until I found out about Homewise, I had resigned myself to never being able to buy my own home, being stuck renting for the rest of my life. Rents have increased every year, and I was increasingly worried about no fault eviction. Now I am in the process of buying a lovely little house with Homewise, something I simply could not afford to do on my own. My account manager George Brodie has been great; he is friendly and supportive, and has clearly explained the process to me, he keeps me informed, and has liaised with estate agents etc. on my behalf. Buying with Homewise won't suit everyone, but for me it has been an absolute game changer, and I am 100% happy with them. Thank you George!!

The Homewise 60+ plan is an ideal way for my wife and I to live out our final years in a really nice house, mortgage free. The first house we chose did not meet our expectations following the Homebuyers report, however, with the help of Homewise we were able to quickly find an alternative. The house we have since secured via Homewise is really excellent and we're very happy with the way things have turned out.

We are just starting out on a change of home, and selling our home, but buying a lifetime plan on our new home. A different area, downsizing, a different home lifestyle. My wife was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and has had an irregular heartbeat for some time, and to help her we needed to move into a smaller home area, on one level, with a low level access shower, with communal gardens and communal indoor area, all in a reasonable flat area local to a town centre and all amenities. This is our first experience of this company and from day one they have been very supportive and informative. Embarking on the Home for Life Plan requires serious thought and consideration and will not be the right choice for everyone. The Homewise website is comprehensive but does, as you might expect, tend to accentuate the benefits of the scheme. It is, therefore, essential that you prepare a full list of questions before making that first call. I spoke initially to Kayleigh who answered my questions fully and explained in detail how the Plan works and the concept of a Lifetime Lease. This was done in a friendly and professional way without any ‘pushy’ sales talk.

Having decided that I wished to proceed I was introduced to Rhonda, my Account Manager, who has guided me through the process to date. She has been extremely helpful and supportive and has kept in touch on a weekly basis throughout the long period it took for me to sell my house and find my next home. It should be emphasized that, in my experience, every aspect of the Plan was explained fully and with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. With this in mind I am confident that I’ve made the right decision.

Very good professional service from Rhonda and her team throughout as it was a bit difficult at the start as we are both Deaf and explained to them about Deaf Awareness and using BSL interpreters through zoom and made the communication between us and Rhonda and her team more effective!
