Unresponsive property manager who appears not to be contactable directly, no response to a complaint about him submitted on the company's website - "Unresponsive" is probably their tagline. To think I pay a service charge for this kind of behaviour is extremely galling.

To be avoided at all costs. After many years of experience with this company I can only say - awful or non-existent service levels, unresponsive, issues and complaints unresolved for months. Surely the worst property management company around.

Bought a flat a month ago and since I moved in haven't had a single nights sleep due to banging noise coming from pipes staff simply do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Wish I never bought here.
