We can not thank the amazing team at Howard and Over enough for all their help with our sale and Purchase.

Danielle and Neil worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale and purchase went through smoothly. We were selling a shared ownership property which is not a straight forward process, But both Danielle and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive. The whole team were quick to answer queries and nothing was ever too much for them. They kept us informed and up to date every step of the way.

We completed both the purchase and sale on the same day and it was seamless for us which is a credit to them as I know there were delays in the background but they were sorted quickly by Danielle who was on the ball every step of the way.

Would recommend them both and the wider team. They are efficient and friendly, and their communication was excellent. I am one of those who likes to know what’s going on and they were always happy to update me.

The moving process was what can only be described as horrendous, regarding push backs and push backs, thoughout this whole process (8 months) Danielle kept us calm and remained positive throughout with nothing but professionalism and respect regarding how difficult the process was! Danielle at Howard and Over Ivybridge was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of our house purchase. We are first time buyers so didn’t have much knowledge on anything. Danielle was always happy to answer all of our queries and responded to emails extremely quickly - not once did we have to chase anything. The process went so smoothly which we were so pleased about as we know that buying a house can be very stressful! Would highly recommend Danielle to anyone and everyone I know.
