Kelly and her team are brilliant. They are an excellent choice for SME’s who do not have the requirement for a full time in house HR representation. This is because they are great at understanding the business requirements & balancing the Commercial/Personnel/Legal elements of everyday activity.
Kelly makes herself available on phone/email/face-to-face meetings as & when you need it & has a wealth of experience.
The packages offered allow you to have HR support at a level that works for your business size & then add to this overtime.
We all know our people are our biggest asset in business & I feel supported that I am offering them the best advice & support available.
I would not hesitate to recommend & in fact have to fellow business owners already!
