absolute rubbish. tried to handle my mothers case with stepdad. the women that went to the hearing attempted to convince my mother into handing my 2 year old sister over. barely call to inform anything. was 5 days overdue into sending out the statement still hasnt been sent. sent many emails out to Carrie never replies and when we call into reception they say shes unavailable for a while. i dont know how theyre ratings is 4.5 deserves a 1.

Rubbish solicitors stay away, they will say something else at start on matter of fee then later every step they do you will be billed. They did mistakes on form when asked for correction on same day they asked for money to urgent update. Stay away from these crooks

I was passing by this firm with all my troubles and cares, and decided to go in, at I was on the search, I'm not disappointed, I spoke with Abby, after a genuine welcome by reception, who was extremely helpful, she walked me through step by step, of what to expect, how the process will happen, what I'm to do and the third party. HRS provided me with valuable information via a 45 minute free consultation.
If I am being honest the only negative which is not the solicitor’s fault was the price.
My goodness I nearly fell out of my chair, due to my chin hitting the floor.
When I was told the cost of their professional services in respect of probate.
All I can say is that their hourly rate of £250 pounds for this service. Better be extremely good and very on point.
Consultation though is a very nice service provision.
When you have not had to use a solicitor for a long time, you forget their cost.

I started divorce proceedings last March 2023 with the Walsall Office and in recent months everything seems to have come to a stop. Gemma took over and has not answered my emails! I have also called and left a message requesting an update. I usually get an out of office message or one saying she is on training! Last contact was at the end of April 2024 with Gemma!
