The service I received from this practice was professional and the staff were pleasant and polite. However, I will shop around next time due to lack of transparency on charges. I was made aware of notary charges and photography signing upfront (which should be on the the telephone transcript) but not about witness charges which I only found out about on the appointment day so had to go with it as I needed the docs quickly. I paid about 50%, more for the same service as other family members from 3 different practices. I have updated this review on the reply. I believe the practice should be fully upfront about their fees/likely fees based on my full requirements. Putting clients on the spot when they have taken time off work and then telling them of the extras and implying it's their fault for not laying down their full requirements which I did and which could be obtained from their telephone transcript is not professional so I have downgraded by one star. It doesn't deter from the fact this practices fees are substantial higher as 3 other practices who provided the same service did not charge hidden extras for witnesses for that reason I would recommend shopping around

I was very satisfied with how HSBS handled my application considering I had a tight deadline to meet with my documents and they met it with time to spare! The staff (especially Bella) we’re extremely helpful, going the extra mile to ensure my documents are handled with urgency, care and done correctly. The price was also much more affordable compared to other notaries so that was also a bonus. Overall I’m extremely happy and will definitely be coming back to them again. 11/10 would recommend!!

Does not know a thing about immigration. Compair prices with other solicitors before paying. Charges full money even if if is failed. Please consider other options for immigration matters. Charged me 2500 for an EU settlement file when I should have been suggest an FLR fp case to file. Had to pay in installments got the money from India. The settlement file got rejected and Mr. Singh reffused to way off any fees at all. Took the last penny from me. 😭 Got the FLR file done from Southall for 1000. Complete rip off and wasted by 6 months surviving without no job and a daughter and wife to support, just to pay their fees. Worst decision of my life. They Mr. Singh is a confident sweet talker do not fall into their trap. He has no mercy. Only motive to write this is please do not make the same mistake as i did with ur hard earned money. Try other places for immigration matter please 🙏🏽
