A dodgy company. They were supposed to be managing a few of our properties. They couldn't find a single tenant for any of them. Whenever I asked, they claimed no one wanted to live there. They just left the properties as they were, and we eventually discovered they hadn't done anything to them. There were even homeless people staying in one of the properties! And yet, they were charging us a management fee every single month! Isn't that a scam?

After we got a new agent, they managed to find four tenants for the property in just a month!

I don't know how they are with landlords but they are dreadful to deal with from the tenant side. On any attempt to contact them, they will delay or ignore messages. They left our renewal to the very last day before end of the tenancy after weeks trying to sort it. During the renewal they also attempted to charge for changes to contract at the renewal stage. They also don't seem to have any idea who possesses keys to our flat and have ignored me for a week when trying to sort this. Landlords, I am certain there are better property management companies you can find to look after your properties and tenants.

The worst agency I've ever encountered. When the washing machine broke, they told me to use the laundry room and refund my money (of course they didn't). When I said I wanted to move out and paid the full month's rent and asked for a refund of the overpaid rent they did not refund and even though I had a contract for another month they gave the house to another agency and changed the locks. As for the deposit, they did not return it either. Any issues raised were either blatantly ignored or required weeks of begging for resolution. In a word, scammers and thieves Avoid them with a wide berth (all positive comments posted on their website come from fake accounts) I'm surprised that such an unprofessional agency still operates on the real estate market

Edit: I have been contacting you for over a month via email, phone calls and WhatsApp and still no reply. My messages read, phone calls unanswered and still no further. Don't pretend that you're willing to help.

Although I'm scared for my safety leaving this review I strongly believe if I can prevent one other person from renting from this "letting agency" then it is worth it.

The letting agents are highly unprofessional and will gaslight you, verbally abuse you and ignore you when you highlight an issue to them with a property.

They only care about money they do not care about you as a tenant. I lived in one of there properties without WiFi, heating or hot water for 3 months even though I persistently; week on week told them of the maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with.

If you report a problem they will make out that you are an inconvenience to them and they do not clean the properties prior to you moving in. I found dirty wrappers, hairs, cigarette ends, letters all stuffed behind the bed and wardrobe once I had moved in even though I was promised that the property would be cleaned prior to me moving in.

This letting agency don't care about tenants welfare they only care about money, please do not rent with them I beg you.

It’s the worst letting agent. Don’t ever take any let’s from them. They have claimed, usually replies in an hour- I have been trying to contact them from 7 months to fix things and they don’t respond.
I don’t have hot water or heater at home . When my shower broke down, I was asked to take shower in the public washroom . Then why am I paying rent and living here?!

Do not under any circumstance deal with them as they are the most incompetent housing agency. The first to ask you for your rent but the last to reply to any other matters. Do not deal with this company.

Terrible service. Withholding deposits. Very poor communication. Shameful company just pass you around living in hopes you give up so they don't have to return deposits.

Got ripped off with a deep cleaning charge of over 500quid after the tenancy ended (even though the house was left clean) and got threatened to be taken to court if we contested the claim
