Adrian Hurst prepared a very comprehensive report on a circa 300 year old property that we are buying. We were given a 1 hour verbal report after the inspection and the written report followed swiftly thereafter. We found Adrian to be extremely knowledgeable and he clearly has a passion for old properties. His report listed all the defects, gave estimated budgets for the major items and included a list of other maintenance items. All our follow up queries were answered quickly and in detail. I wish I’d know of Adrian when we bought our last period property as most problems only came to light after we’d moved in. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Highly recommend Adrian. He was able to visit the property within a week and called me the same day to discuss his findings prior to sending the formal report.
