I’ve had two carpets cleaned recently one older carpet and one newer carpet. Both carpets have been cleaned to a very high standard looking brand new again also smelling lovely. Aron knew which method of cleaning would suit both carpets and I can’t express how happy I am with both jobs .
I also had two very old, very dirty armchairs cleaned and I’m very happy With the results. Aron from Hydro-dry is a very professional and knowledgeable guy, he really knows his business.
Communication from the start with katie who quoted was also excellent and very quick.
I would definitely 💯 % recommend both the services I’ve tried so far From Hydro-dry.

I would like to thank Hydro-Dry so much today for their service. I called Aaron up last night panicking because I hired a rug doctor from Asda, I was so upset I had made a terrible job on my house the smell wasn’t pleasant. He came out with just a short amount of time before he was about to finish as we are not far from his depot. He assessed the mess i had made and reassured me and my family he could help us we was so thankful. He booked us in for the next day he turned up on the time we agreed or a little before. When I got home from work I am absolutely lost for words the job he has done is outstanding the carpets look brand new he’s not only done the job he said but he has gone the extra mile for me and my family what a gentleman. I would highly recommend to anyone call Hydro-Dry do not try and do the job yourself or use any other company there’s so many people trying to take your money and do poor jobs but one thing I can say about Aaron is there wasn’t one thing he said to me that wasn’t true. The job you have done for me is amazing my carpet looks brand new. Thank you so much you deserve more than 5* for your workmanship

What an excellent service from Hydro- dry!!! Arrived on time, no mess, with cleaning tools and materials into house. Amazing - Aaron was such a nice guy. Explained everything he was doing and why. Sofa and snuggle chair thoroughly cleaned and was not left wet. Would not hesitate in using again. Top class service.

Amazing work. I didn’t believe our sofa could have a new breath of life but I took a chance and I couldn’t be happier. My sofa looks almost new again. Would highly recommend. Infact my sister was over and she was so impressed she is going to use them for her carpets. Very polite and very prompt and professional to. You won’t regret using them. Photo doesn’t do it justice

Absolutely incredible. I don’t think there are enough words to say just how grateful we are to Aaron!

We had our lounge carpet cleaned by another company recommended on Facebook back in July… it stayed wet for 10 days after the clean but looked ok… fast forward 2 months and the carpet looked an absolute mess. I messaged Hydro-Dry with some photos and from that very first interaction with Aaron I have been blown away by his professionalism, knowledge, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. He explained why the rapid re-soiling had happened and how he could rectify it. He even identified a problem we may have with ventilation in our home and offered practical tips of what to do. The carpet now looks brand new and I know my family aren’t going to keep getting coughs and colds due to someone else’s total lack of care.

He has been an absolute pleasure to have in our home and I cannot recommend him enough. If only the world were full of tradespeople and business people like him. Thank you so much

I booked a carpet clean as a friend had recommended after having their carpet cleaned by him. Well let me just say I highly recommend also, the Admin side was helpful and booked me in with instructions and so helpful. He arrived early and was so very professional and did a fantastic job, I was stunned at the colour of my actual carpet.
