Sarah has gave me my life back. I was a bit dubious about trying hypnotherapy and wasn't even sure if it was a real thing that worked but i was so desperate and out of other options that i thought i have nothing to loose. I am so thankful i did. When i first went to Sarah i was suffering with agoraphobia and was only able to got to a hand full of places i felt safe with out panicking. I needed an operation but i struggled to even get through the hospital doors. After seeing Sarah for probably a dozen or more sessions over a 6 month period i can now go out on my own without someone to support me, go out to dinner at restaurants without stressing, go shopping, stay in hotels and many more things and ive managed to have the operation i needed. Sarah was very understanding, non judgmental and encouraging. She set me tasks for after every session and i was amazed that i could approach them with confidence its still been work and i have to keep it up but the hypnotherapy and support has allowed me to get out and try which no amount of books and cbt therapy seemed to be able to break the barrier and things only seemed to get worse. Sara is amazing and i couldn't recommend her enough.

Following some life changing events over the last 18 months, I was struggling to cope with even the mundane pressures of every day life, my confidence was eroded and I quite literally shut myself away from everyone. Sara worked at a pace that was dictated by my responses, never rushing and allowing me to make steady progress, slow at times but sometimes taking what felt like monumental steps forward.
