I feel so lucky to have found Louise. The treatment she provided was not only professional and thorough, but she approached it all with such a calming and non judgemental nature that any reserves I had were quickly dissipated. Within my first session she brought soo much clarity to my ailments; what has felt like a lifetime of struggle, there was light at the end of the tunnel. I saw Louise for menstrual/hormonal reasons and I can’t recommend her enough. Not only did we look at symptoms and nutrition, but she included much more like my environment and routine, making changes feel doable and obvious! I’m a few months in now and can say my ailments have vastly improved and realise it’s not going to change overnight, so for me I’m grateful I have her ongoing support. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

It is hard to know where to start but Louise has single handedly given me my entire life back after suffering with extreme IBS-D for years which was triggered by antibiotics. I was at the point where I wasn’t able to travel to work or leave my home because of how severe my symptoms were. I had tried everything possible but nothing had worked for me. From gut hypnotherapy to private gastroenterologists who couldn’t offer me any further support cause I had tried everything, my IBS had been getting worse and worse with no improvement until I met Louise!

She is the most amazing women and through her expertise we have managed to heal my gut to the point I am able to life a “normal” life again. She has given me my entire life back and I don’t say that lightly. Her continuous ongoing support has been unbelievable and she is always a I text away if I need her no matter what. She never gave up on me even when I felt things were never going to get better and I had given up myself. She really poured everything into helping me and worked so hard to crack what was going on with my gut.

I couldn’t be more thankful for her and all her amazing work. If you are suffering like me and want to regain your life I couldn’t recommend Louise any higher. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me ❤️
