Lorraine sorted my new passport application out for me, she did everything including taking my photo. Really quick process and exactly 2 weeks later my new passport arrived - definitely worth paying the extra £5 for secure delivery for peace of mind. Lorraine is always so friendly whenever I pop in to the shop in the morning before work as well, great shop.

Popped in to use this post office to renew my driving licence.i was greeted by a lady named Lorraine who was extremely helpful and polite.photo taken in seconds and she had filled the appropriate information required.
Signed & paid .lorraine explained about the receipt proof to keep on me until my new licence arrived.
I was so impressed with my service and my new licence arrived in 4 working days.
No complaints from me.

I have also used this post office today to make a cash withdrawal and no fuss service again greeted by Lorraine.

Been using this post office over a year same parcels 5 days a week to be told today i can’t send them anymore they are to big. Nothing has changed my side just the staff there’s and no other post office has this issue only this one. Making everyone’s life harder to avoid doing their job whenever possible it would seem.

Advertises open till 8pm but actually closes at 5:30pm!
Think you need to update your opening hours.

Turned up to the post office the following day at 5:20, before I even got to the counter the guy said “We’re Closed!” No Hello, no nothing.
I was there to collect a letter (Which I did end up getting) the guys attitude was awful.

And to your reply: you have stated you close at 5 or have limited service after 5 so why is the sign in the shop showing 5:30?

Again you need to update your times.

Update your opening times. The shop may be open til 8pm but the post office is not and seen as how I googled ‘post office opening times’ then this is not the correct result
