Had my phone screen fixed there a few months ago for a pretty penny. £140. Assumed for that price it would be done properly. Not long after it started to glitch out or ghost touch when a very warm hand touched it. Well I just went to someone else to fix it and the seal hadn’t been put down correctly so it was letting moisture in. The film on the back of the LCD hadn’t been taken off either so that also was causing issues. Would not recommend.

Brought my laptop in with what was a myriad of problems, great communication from the get go, fixed the whole lot and my device is running smoothly again. A fantastic independent tech store, very reasonable and transparent prices too, highly recommended.

I have read some negative reviews regarding this company but I cannot understand why. They have in the past replaced a damaged laptop screen, I've purchased a new laptop from them and they transferred the data from a completely flattened laptop. In the last week they repaired a desktop computer which wouldn't boot up, all data saved and the computer has never been so fast, and have just repaired another laptop which for some reason wanted to auto delete data. Personally I can't fault the service.
Update, 5 Apr 24, took another laptop which was slow to boot up and open any programs, picked it up 24 later all fixed.

Brought a surround system speaker from here which turned out to be cheap junk and one of the speackers didnt work properley, took it back same day with recipt, was ovvered "vouchers" for there shop which I refused as just wanted my money back, the idiot haggled with me over it and after contacting his manager they finally agreed to refund me my money only if I was banned from the shop! I returned it as it was with recipt etc same day so decided to never go back and get my money back. Cheap items with amateur staff, Do not use!!!

My old macbook air went fut and i bought a recon one from these guys. Excellent service, they really know their stuff, the replacement computer came perfectly configured with all my data and programs so i lost no time and didnt have to go through all stress of setting it up again. Totally recommend these guys

Tried to support local traders - big mistake! Needed a USB AV capture card. Could have bought online, but wanted to support the locals. Was promised 2-3 working days. 1 week later I popped in to see where it was - hadn't arrived, hadn't been chased and 3hrs after I was promised a call with an update - still no call. I needed the device last weekend.

Really not worth the hassle - certainly won't use again.

My husband's phone is with you I have consistently asked for an estimate to be emailed to me in order to complete an insurance claim. You have still not sent it He has already paid you £25 deposit then a further £65. We will NOT be paying any further money to yourselves until I have the estimate/claim and we are sure we will recoup the monies from our insurance company.
