Currently completing Level 5 Leader in Adult Care with Impact Futures. The support I have received from my learning coach has been brilliant throughout. Not 5 stars because the system used isn't always clear on work that needs to be completed. However, my learning coach has supported with this.

I have just started recently Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 course , and I happy with the receptivity on the part of the team that represents the company, they are very cordial and have given me good information. I have the continuous support of my assigned coach(Karen), who has been charge of explaining all the content to me in detail online. Each month we will advance until I finish and obtain my qualification.
I have made a good choice because I have currently worked and they have given me the flexibility to meet my study goals month by month, I am very grateful.

I haven't long started my apprenticeship with impact futures. But so far it's been a really good experience. If you need help and support its there, My tutor Joann is very nice and seems only to happy to support you. It was an easy and hassle free setup.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting to gain qualifications in this field.

I’ve had an excellent opportunity to do apprenticeship program with Impact futures. My Development Coach, Kerry is incredibly friendly, supportive, and always goes the extra mile to help. After each session, she provides useful links and resources that are tailored to my needs, which have been incredibly helpful for my development. I am currently doing my apprenticeship in health and social care with Impact Futures. And I’m find the process very enjoyable at first I was apprehensive since I left school many moons ago and getting back into studying was daunting. But to my surprise and a very good development coach who is patient and understanding I’m working through my apprenticeship and enjoying the learning again and I would recommend Impact Futures who wishes to try it.👍

This has been an awful experience from start to finish. I was assigned multiple development coaches with little to no communication about the reasons for the changes, which clearly indicates a high turnover of staff. After completing my Diploma, I never received my certificate and am still chasing it to this day. Their lack of communication and support, especially after program completion, is appalling. Avoid this organisation at all costs—they are unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s shocking that they’re still in business.
