Shocking, the guy assigned to me told my missus a pack of lies. Apparently he was an expert in this certain field but knew absolutely nothing. Instead of a simple fine, due to his incompetence I nearly got jailed.

I rang him on his mobile number one day and he said he was busy on a prison visit.
I don't think so! I could hear a dog barking and a female voice asking "are you ready for your tea now love?".

Avoid at all costs.

I have used IMSLaw on a couple of occasions and on both of these have been treated as a valued customer. Originally I sought their advice as they were recommended to me by a friend. At the time I lived in Preston and had the choice of local solicitors but I engaged them a second time because of my first experience.

I moved my case to IMS from another solicitor. The previous firm were slack, unhelpful and slow. My case was straightforward but they made it complicated and drew it out for years. I didn't realise how bad things were until IMS took my case on and looked through the paperwork from the previous firm (didn't take long!). They spent so long trying to build my already old case up from almost scratch, to ensure I got what I deserved. There were so many failures previously that I almost ended up with nothing after years of stress and frustration, but thanks to the team and their determination, going over and above constantly, I ended up winning my case. I wish I'd have gone with IMS first, not just with whoever the insurance assigned to me. They will push for you even when it's tough, you can be certain that they will get the best outcome. Excellent firm treat with respect, honesty and professionalism i was with the same people from the firm from the start of the procedures to the end, Also thay was friendly, knowledgable and explained ever procedure and gave the most experienced answers to my questions and never looked down on you, at the end i felt like id made a new friend and the result at the end of the trial was amazing, i would recommend anyone and everyone to be represented by this firm and i dont say that lightly cause iv had a few solicitors in my time. Also at the end of the procedure what thay did wasnt short of being a miracle and thats no lie and i payed by legal aid and still got treat like a premier league footballer so this firm comes highly recommended and the barristers thay choose are also top of the range, so go else were at your own peril,also i dont usually do this type of thing...... REVIEWS AND ALL THAT. but IMS LAW deserves ten mins of my time to tell others what a professional, knowledgable and skillful firm thay are and the extra. Mile thay go for you.

Wouldn't ever Recommend Mr Paul Potter, Poor Service Complete arrogance to the lack of service should never be allowed to represent anyone with his attitude towards His Clients Guilty or Otherwise.
