A very competent company, whole process was prompt. Even when our first installation appointment was cancelled due to their staff sickness, the lady in customer service did all she could to arrange next installation few days later on Saturday to our convenience. The technician Sunil was also competent and polite. He installed everything that was recommended and agreed. He did it without errors, all looks neat, and he tidied up after the work was done. Insulating Homes applied for government grants for us so process was faff free for us and we didn't need to pay a penny. Recommended!

From start to finish the process was amazing the inspector Junaid was very polite and knowledgeable what a nice man. Sonny who fitted the installation worked hard all day on his own to complete the job. He was a nice guy, very through and skilled at his job. I don't like people coming into my home but they were both really lovely and made me feel comfortable. I feel your company is very lucky to have these two men working for you.

I am very happy with the service I received from Insulating Homes. Every member of the team that I had contact with, from the initial contact, to the engineer who installed my Government funded loft insulation, were professional, informative, polite, friendly and helpful. I am so pleased to have been helped by this amazing company, my home now feels warmer, even in these low winter temperatures. Sunny worked hard and meticulously to complete the job without too much intrusion, or mess, to me and my family. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. From start to finish a brilliant and flawless service with great communications. Surveyor sent round first to evaluate the home on Saturday which was quick and engineer booked Monday after for when I was off work. Sonny was polite, professional and overall fantastic. Got straight to work on the loft insulation, then fitting trickle vents on windows and finishing with installing extractor fans in both the kitchen and bathroom. The house is staying much warmer now without constantly calling the boiler for heating and humidity is much better for an old solid wall home. Had a great experience with Insulating Homes ltd and would highly recommend.

I originally contacted Insulating Homes Ltd to see if I could get cavity wall insulation, unfortunately I couldn't due to my walls being solid, however they did say I could get loft insulation and window vents fitting under the government grant. They completed the work really quickly and there has been a real noticeable difference in the warmth of our bedrooms. I have recommended them to my family and neighbour who also have old houses like mine.

Recently had completed a loft insulation and new extractor fan fitted in the kitchen as well as some window vents as part of the government grant and I couldn’t recommend enough! I was originally contacted by Samantha who arranged for an initial survey and the gentleman who arrived was very thorough and clear on what needed to be done. Within a few days of that I was contacted to get booked in. On the day Sunny came to do the work and was super polite (calling me before he was due to arrive and on time) and worked efficiently and quickly. He even worked around my 1 year olds nap schedule! I was incredibly pleased with the results. Samantha’s communication was fab throughout. Thank you so much to the team for getting this done so quickly and before Christmas and the cold sets in. Appreciate it!
