Purchased a document toolkit to support quick delivery of some important policies for a new client at short notice. 22 hrs later I had still not received the joining instructions to access the portal. Several emails and chasing phone calls were ignored and I was advised consistently to check my email Junk folder, which I did and the log-in details still haven't appeared.
All eventually resolved, not sure about the functioning of the templates yet, still learning.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. The organisation of this company is ridiculous. I ordered a course in May costing over £2k and before it started in September I opted to cancel and get a refund at the end of July. The customer service agents though helpful were unable to give me any clear answers, the finance controllers couldn’t process the refund for me and kept on fobbing me off and as there is no direct line to the finance department I kept having to wait for call backs and they never did when they said they would. Suffice to say I still have not received my refund and I’m back speaking to their finance team trying to get a clear answer. This company might provide good quality courses but their service is awful.

Cancelled a training session prior to renewal but was still charged. No refund has occurred. I have chased and chased and chased, been promised a refund, and still not had a refund.

On the 6th of July I purchased for £504 this company's Certified Cyber Security Foundation and Practitioner Self-Paced Combination from IT GOVERNANCE.

In my opinion, the biggest waste of money i have made in a long long time.

I was foolish enough NOT to read the other very very poor reviews on this company through TRUSTPILOT. Silly mistake on my part. In my opinion, you should READ all the reviews people!!!

I will NEVER EVER spend another penny on this company.

Since my foolish decision, i can tell you that with further investigation, there are organizations like the University of London, that actually offer a similar course (in my opinion) completely FREE!

What a terrible disappointing experience with this company, IT GOVERNANCE!!

NEVER EVER again!!!!
