The service provided was fine, however when the important documents were returned to us they were put in an envelope that didn’t allow the full address to be viewed. Our post lady had to rip the address window to view the first line of the address. I contacted IWC to advise them of this issue and have been ignored.

The medallion stamp was fine and came through quickly but as the documents were returned carelessly I wouldn’t use them again. Copies of bank statements, passports and various other copies of documents holding sensitive information could have ended up anywhere.
