After agreeing to do my self assessment tax return , and confirming that they had received all the documents needed, they did not contact me again and when I contacted back the person responsible for it , she had totally forgot who I was and told me that supposedly she would review what stage it was and she would let me know which she didn’t again. So after one month of waiting I called them back to complain that if they were unable to complete the service at least let me know so I can search for another accountant, however thankfully another person took over and even though I had to redo most of the paperworks, she completed my tax return just on time. I felt insignificant and ignored and definitely it was unprofessional for them to be reminded 3 times to do the job agreed.

Not the cheapest by far and charge you extra payments for figures,/info etc you may request and dont tell you untill you get a bill!! So avoid emailing them etc if you dont want to get charged extra.done the job to a satisfactory standard tho hence 2 star.gone else where half the price with no hidden charges.
