We became aware of James Kendall Estate Agents who were the appointed agent for the house we were purchasing and decided to use them to sell our property. They were professional and always responded very quickly to any communication. The marketing of the property was excellent resulting in selling our house within two weeks!
I would also like to praise the internal staff especially Sandra who constantly kept us informed of progress on our sale.

An excellent estate agency service!
From the initial appointment with James, throughout the set-up, marketing, viewings, and through to completion, the whole experience was excellent, and we knew that we were in the hands of the best estate agent in the area.
Rob & Rhona absolutely excelled in the photography, videography and marketing text. James, Karen and Richard were fantastic with handling the viewings. Sandra and Matt did an great job on keeping things rolling.

James Kendall helped us find our new family home and also sold our old house for us, and it has been a brilliant experience (apart from the stress of moving house!!).
