I've been seeing Jane for two years now, and her counselling has transformed my anxiety issues. I have recently had a counselling session with her new COVID 19 precautions in place, a temperature check was taken on arrival, there was hand sanitiser available and the session took place behind a large glass screen, that after a while I forgot was even there (which is sanitised before and after each session). She has helped me considerably and I would highly recommend Jane and her services.

I'm local in Hadleigh Essex & started seeing Jane due to panic attacks & anxiety. Jane helped me massively. She listened and worked through my 'triggers' & gave me tools to understand why I was feeling the way I was. It helped me understand I could change the way I dealt with situations, also helping me to slow down the panic which eventually stopped my meltdowns. I learnt to read my body and work through what was making me anxious at a lower level instead of it escalating. I would highly recommend Jane.
