Breath of fresh air !!
I desperately needed a document certifying , it was time critical . Every solicitors I called I received a cold ‘no sorry we only do it for existing customers ‘ or ‘no sorry we don’t have the capacity ‘ . I called Jemma as I was about to give up hope and was greeted with a warm understanding voice !
Further more she listened , understood my need and didn’t everything she could to fit me in next day . I understand certifying a document isn’t good business and doesn’t make money , but empathy is everything in a good solicitor ! Someone who actually cares about a person’s circumstances and stresses and does all they can to support them rather than looking at it like a transaction .
Jemma will be my first port of call when I next need a solicitor , I know that her work and support would be outstanding based on this !
