I started a small Ltd during lockdown and my tax affairs were reallocated not great at all. Jo @JLK is absolute star, without going into details my business would have folded without her. The charges are a little less than bigger accounting firms but where Jo truly stands out is that she is a genuine and caring person, she guided me through any processes that were needed and effectively took over all of the HMRC affairs. We then changed banks and switched to different software where Jo showed me what she wanted for submissions. I managed to get back a considerable amount of VAT, and we are on a months payment plan. Any letters I get I simply WhatsApp to Jo and she deals with it.

She is always available always fair and honest.

If you are looking for a new accountant, just don’t bother going any else.
