As a Trustee, I found Jack to be more than helpful and he assisted the Trust greatly both with recommendations and production of an extensive report and detailed drawings/calculations in a very timely manner. I contacted JME consultants after our house survey flagged a couple of structural concerns. Jack was very prompt to respond and conduct a site visit, after which he produced some very detailed plans which I could hand over straight to our builder to conduct the repairs. Very friendly and approachable with a very strong customer ethos. Jack was also happy to provide additional support and guidance after the initial technical work, which was much appreciated!
