Ms Jo was absolutely fabulous... I contacted her for a small job, and she was sending back clear instructions on what to do to speed up the process, the cost expected and the time to do it.
All done in a flash, professionally, in a gentleness like manner... absolutely a joy to deal with, indeed.

I telephoned Jo and when she answered she was extremely short tempered. She told me that in order to see whether she could help I would have to email her a copy of a certificate I need to get certified. I told her I was not prepared to email her the certificate for security reasons. Without any further discussion she said that being the case she wouldn't help me and hung up on me. I do not expect such rudeness from a professional person who makes a living by selling legal services.
