Should be banned from running the letting business

Only engage this agency if you want to/like:

- be systematically ignored - calls and emails were unanswered or answered weeks later, after numerous reminders.

- your interests being systematically neglected, for example, your property alteration is agreed between the agency and tenants without you being informed, not mention your written permission was never asked; another example - you are left with damaged property upon the end of tenancy with no compensation;

- you are routinely lied, for example, you are provided with fake gas certificate because the agency failed to arrange the boiler check at the time and later produced a fake document dated 3 months back from the date when the actual check was finally performed

If any or all of the above are services you are after and you are happy to pay for them then look no further, the agency 'John Brown and Mark Youll' and their partners 'Let's Help' will be the best choice!

What is really disturbing - their confidence that they can get away with their, so-called 'services' while they incapable and are not willing to do the job they are charging their clients for.

Raised the complaint with 'The Property Ombudsman' about them.

We sold our Maisonette with John Brown and Mark Youll Estat Agents as I saw their advertisement on other homes in our area. We gave them a shot and looking back we are so happy we used them. From start to finish they were always on the end of the calls for advice, updated us and were always on top of everything. Jess was our agent who was very professional, polite and clearly very good at her job as the sale went through very efficiently.

We could not possibly rate them lower than 5 out of 5 and I have recommended them on to my sister who is also looking to sell in the near future.
