Based on other reviews it seems that we have had an unfortunate one off experience with this company. After a bit of chasing we were able to secure an appointment with Eden, unfortunately only 3 hours before our appointment, it was cancelled as Eden was too busy and offered to reschedule in 2 weeks time. This was obviously really disappointing and added stress to the situation we were hoping to resolve with the support from Johnson Astills.

I recently asked Johnson Astills to help me with my case. I worked with Rachel Diorio, who was simply outstanding. The immediacy in terms of support, direction and delivery was first class, professional and very importantly reassuring and friendly. This extended to helping by phone and email, and then on the day of my case as well. The service was excellent and detailed, and was absolutely instrumental in helping me achieve a fair and positive end result. I cannot recommend Johnson Astills enough, Rachel Diorio in particular.

Johnson Astills solicitors provided both professionalism and a reassuring nature to there work and was worth all the expenses necessary. They provided a fantastic defense with the up most amount of executive. Staff were very helpful, understanding and easy to talk to and at no point made me feel uncomfortable with my defense. I can’t thank Johnson Astills Solicitors enough i had false allegations put on me from my soon to be ex wife, from my very 1st shaken phone call to the last call i had today with good news the service was absolutely great, Olivia Peck was dealing with my case she kept in regular contact with me to keep me updated and despite me ringing her all the time she was consistently helpful and always had time for me, she never rushed or tried to fob me off and always gave me great advice she is truly an asset to this company,
