Avoid this company. Very poor Customer Service. When they were Ashby's they were excellent. It was a small firm and you spoke to a member of a Team that cared. I recommended a Client of mine thinking Johnson's would carry on the good work. I was very wrong. Extortionate fees for little or no work. Very many mistakes made which are now having to be sorted out. Fines incurred as a result of their mistakes and late filings. A Senior member of Management who is so arrogant and indifferent to solving an issue that it's an embarrassment. I will be moving my remaining Client away immediately as he is vulnerable and I don't want a similar experience to the review below.

What a ridiculously long response which would benefit from some grammatical correction. What is the saying "me thinks he doth protest too much"

I am still waiting for any kind of response to an email I sent weeks ago regarding the Client I wish to move.

I've used Ashbys for the last 15 years for all the Companies I've been and currently am involved in and I have always had 1st class service.
We use them for our Year End accounts, Corp Tax, Annual Returns and Tax advice.
I would highly recommend them.

Poor service, rip off prices dont touch touch this accountant if your a small business they will take advantage and charge you for doing nothing and then not do your bookkeeping properly and ask you to do it for them. I had to hire another accountant to sort out there complete mess of my bookkeeping, disgusting service.

Avoid, high fees for doing very little, poor service, very heavy handed on an outstanding debt with a vulnerable relative, had to step in to stop them having a rip off fee with a debt collection agency, very unreasonable behaviour.
