My experience of Julien's surveying practice was excellent. From the moment of first contact to the final report, everything flowed smoothly, efficiently and quickly. It was pleasing that the survey was accompanied by Julien's telephone comments, further highlighting what he considered to be the salient points of his report. All in all, very good value for money.

Julien Lawrence Surveying completely took the stress out of buying my house and provided a quality, speedy service. I now have complete peace of mind and can move forwards... I was unsure what level of surveyor report was right for me... Julien explained all the different levels of surveyor report and which one was the most appropriate for me and the property type. He produced a detailed and thorough report on the property. What I liked the most is that he kept me informed at all stages of the process and followed up everything with texts and telephone calls to ensure that I understood all the information each step of the way... I just gave Julien the full address of the property and the Estate Agents details. He contacted the Estate Agent and obtained access to the property for his survey without me having to be there! All I had to do was to sit back and relax... I was so impressed with the service that I have already asked him to do another structural survey on a buy to let property. I shall definitely recommend Julien Lawrence Surveying to all my family and friends. Thank you for an absolutely brilliant and rigorous service. I am so happy!

Absolutely superb , julien is very professional he completed a survey and advised us the same day in relation to his findings, a comprehensive report was also sent to us very quickly after.
