Paid to have my Will written and stored by this company and after 7 years I need to make changes to it. They don’t have my Will. I have been paying for annual storage too!! Instead of offering me a full refund as they should have done they want to just start again. I have been living without a Will for 7 years!! Disgraceful service. Would not recommend and I will be going elsewhere.

Beware of this company , who made mirror wills & lPAs for my elderly parents , and charging them extortionate fees over £3k , the lPAs had to be sent back as there were lots of clerical errors and could not be registered- consultant David Stahler was very incompetent-
My parents were badley advised not to register lPAs straightway - as you know it’s taking 8-10 months to register lPAs with the OPG - this company sent a consultant David Stahler to my home offering to fast track lPAs for me and ripped me off £1,200 - there is no such thing as fast tracking lPAs , and it cost £82 each lPA document to be registered on Gov .uk website -
After complaining to the MD David Mc Master , I was given a £200 refund -
My advice is to avoid this company at all cost , these will writing companies are not regulated by any ombudsman , when things do go wrong there is no accountability- -
Always use a solicitor who is regulated by SRA , they are far cheaper and you will have peace of mind -
This company also made themselves executor , another way of extracting more money - Total disgrace of a company making huge profits.
