Terrible. I parked to take my sister into the Laser Clinic (just next door). There was no signage to say it was private land that had parking restrictions/T&C's (Evidenced in this proof from Google Maps). Also in the letter from the Parking contractor you can clearly see a knocked down wall and no signage to say there are parking restrictions and who owns the parking bays. I then get a letter in the post a week later demanding I pay £60 for parking without authorisation. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I spoke to the Laser Clinic (Building next to the parking bays on the right) and they did say there hasn't been any signage around but supposedly this law firm stuck up a camera a few weeks ago to catch people out. Seems money making if you ask me.

It's kind of Ironic that this law firm hired a subcontractor for private parking that issuing PCN's, where there is literally no signage to show terms and conditions for parking and who the parking area/bays belongs to. Extremely deceptive. I'm down £60 quid which is totally unfair and in all honesty probably not even legal. I would say this is a text book example of extortion.

Posting this so others are aware and don't get caught out by the dodgy firm, as well as their parking contractors.
