This company were used as my buyers solicitors and were quite simply appalling. Wont judge them on other work but if you unfortunate enough to have them on your chain I would insist on using different company. Delayed process by approx 8 weeks in total with awful communication with other solicitors waiting 2-3 weeks for replies. Had to bypass them to get the job done in the end. Rubbish

This company were the solicitors for the couple buying my parents bungalow last year. They held the process up to the extent that it came close to losing the sale. In the end we achieved completion only by persistent chasing through the agents and our own conveyancer to get the deal done. I notice they only have one review online which is uninformative but gives 5 stars so I have given one star to balance this out. Before you engage them I recommend you ask other clients what they think of the service.

These are the best property solicitors I have ever used. In fact, the house purchase we just completed on was the third time in a row I have used them. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very, very prompt. They make other solicitors look static and out of time. I cannot recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend the team, Kathryn and Lynne were very responsive to queries and any emails that we sent. Everything seemed fairly priced and they offered much appreciated advice when we were unsure on some decisions. Hopefully I won’t be buying a house again anytime soon but if I was I would definitely use them again!
