Slow to respond, even to initial inquiries (1 week). Eventually told they'd be in touch for the first call, giving a specific day and time. That time passed with no call (despite confirming my number twice). The following week, same day and time, no call (benefit of the doubt).

Clearly something's not right here. I have an E-Mail stating the meeting details, but nobody did anything.

If that's how it is before you're even a customer, what is it like when they've got you onboard?

Edit, following company response: if you have no details of the agreed call it's because your staff didn't enter it into the system. I won't name names publicly and I don't want mine known either hence I won't be responding by email. But for clarity it was 'J' who was meant to call and didn't, either this week or last week as was scheduled
