I booked the solicitor for a case, and I ended up paying £3000 for nothing. They took my money and didn't provide the service i paid for. They're meant to give me the first half an hour free, but after the first appointment, I paid £3000. I didn't benefit anything, and they made the case cost so high and didn't tell me the success rate as they legally should do, so I had to withdraw from it. I advise everyone to ask for the cost beforehand and the success rate of the case prior to going ahead.
