I was introduced to Karen a few years ago through a friend in the industry when I was looking for my next steps.
Karen and her team took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. They contacted me regularly and discussed potential roles with me before submitting my CV incase it wouldn't be of interest to me.
Before interviews, Karen made time to speak to me, to go over any details or questions I had. She would also contact me after the interview to find out how it went and would get excited about it with you!
Karen had found me a fantastic role which I was successful in. I received a lovely gift in my first week too, which shows that Karen and her team care.
Unfortunately, I find myself in the position of searching again and couldn't think of anyone better than Karen to turn too.
