I have used Ken twice now, and each time has been very successful. His professionalism was fantastic and he was excellent at challenging me to change the way I processed/thought about situations and their outcomes. Being from a counselling background myself it is hard to find someone who can understand my knowledge of the services and still help me with my counselling journey. Would highly recommend getting in touch as Ken is super flexible and is able to offer support whenever it is required at short notices to be reactive to youtr mental health and situations as and when you need the support.
