Emma helped me launch a small claims case against Boots Hearing Care Ltd and has also been managing another matter for me. She spends hours doing her research and knows more about sensorial hearing loss than i do or, more importantly, my audiologist, hence the claim!.

Emma didn't just manage the case with Boots. Her attention to detail meant that she picked up on a rare diagnosis that I wouldn't have known about had it not been for Emma. Emma then went the extra mile and explained why my hearing aids hadn't been working, and after months of distress, it all suddenly clicked into place.

Emma is very knowledgeable, and she doesn't take no for an answer. An accurate description would be like a dog with a bone. She leaves no stone unturned!

I couldn't recommend Emma enough. I will be using her for my estate planning requirements in the future. She cares a lot about each client and is very much results driven whilst acting in the best interests of the client. She is very passionate about what she does and enjoys helping people.

Really knowledgeable person who did an amazing job for me. She took her time to listen to how my conditions affect me and completed the forms thoroughly. After needing to appeal in the past to get what I am due I went through PIP angels in the hope that the whole process could be less stressful. It was made so easy by Emma, she really knew her stuff. She completed all my forms for me and knew exactly what needed to be put down in order to make the assessors understand the impact of my conditions. No appeal needed first time ever!! Absolutely worth every single penny spent. I recommend PIP angels to everyone.

These guys are amazing. I was so unorganised and nervous, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. They are so accommodating and I couldn't have done it without their help.
