I’ve been going to Kerry for a while now, and every time I have a session upcoming with her, I really look forward to it. Kerry has given me a comfortable, safe space to discuss anything that’s on my mind, and has allowed me to learn positive ways of thinking and processing my problems. She’s amazing because she makes you feel safe and heard no matter what the situation you come to her with, and she is very professional, but also is very kind and loves to listen and learn about you as a person, and your hobbies, which is really lovely because I feel that I am getting the professional help and advice I need, but with the comfort and support of a friend! I would recommend anyone to Kerry if they are looking for counselling/therapy.

Kerry helped our son through a very tough time at his previous school when he was being bullied and we found it a struggle to get him into school. Kerry provided our son with the tools to help him through this very anxious and worrying time. She used his love of LEGO to help him settle into the sessions with her and within no time he was asking when his next session would be. I’d have to say that because of Kerry our son managed to get through this very hard time as she gave him someone to talk to outside of our family. We can’t recommend Kerry enough, she really is the best out there. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with her, you won’t regret it.

Kerry came to our aid with an employee of ours. Failed by the NHS she felt there was no where to turn. Kerry offered immediate help so for us as an employer, it’s important to know we have back up from experienced services when employees need help. The employee has reported how comfortable they feel and has returned to work which has reducing lost time, and improving their efficiency and productivity as the person is concentrating and focusing on the work. Opening up is tough, having someone like Kerry who has the understanding and builds the confidence and relationship is invaluable.

I have been seeing Kerry for around 5/6 months now and I've come so far from when we first started our sessions. I always feel super comfortable in her lovely cosy room, and she listens to absolutely everything i talk about. I look forward to every session I have with her. I would highly recommend Kerry, she has helped my 20 year old daughter who was struggling at uni with stress and anxiety. She's friendly, approachable and professional, I believe she put my daughter completely at ease. The sessions were virtual due to her uni location, this worked well for us. I have reached out to her many times with concerns, she's always taken the time to offer support

I lost my wife in November last year and was in a very dark place. I knew I needed help, but didn't know how or where to look for it. I saw a card in jj burgess and decided to call it. I spoke to a lovely lady and instantly she put my mind at ease, this was Kerry.

I arranged to come to see her and instantly I knew, that this was the right person for me.
Kerry over the course of the last couple of months, has changed my life. She instantly puts you at ease and her kindness is incredible. Kerry is utterly amazing and I know now i will heal.
