Josh is brilliant, quick service, always smiling and polite. I have visited Keynsham Post Office on many an occasion, I'm always in a rush! Josh has always been there, often on his own with big queues (whilst staff are off). The queue goes down quickly and Josh is very knowledgeable. Thank you Josh!

Staff always very helpful and knowledgeable and I have confidence in their skills. Would rather go to Keynsham to post parcels that Bath, which is permanently understaffed

Five stars for the service you get from Josh who is invariably working on his own but is always happy and helpful. I would give no stars to Post Office for grossly understaffing this always busy office, the queues are often to the door. Give him more staff !!

Staff always process our business cash banking efficiently and with a friendly manner. Queues can build up due to understaffing, but move quite quickly thanks to the efforts of the available staff.

Super understaffed and always really busy.

The normally sole member of staff is friendly but clearly overworked.

This normally results in a queue of customers leading out the door before they close crazy early
