I had the amazing Shai Cassidy as my Recruitment Consultant. She first contacted me a few months ago about a job opportunity. I was dealing with Sam Brown and have never had a recruiter like him look after me. He always went the extra mile to keep me updated on progress, even calling and personally texting me well out of hours (including Sundays) just to help out with my process. He always let me know when he was liaising with the hiring company and was brilliant at giving me time frames for responses. I would happily use Sam again and think that many other recruiters could really learn a thing or two about client relationships from him.

Typical, poor quality recruiters.

Cold-called me about an opportunity at Oodle Finance, then on two seperate occasions failed to send me the required documents for interview, leading to the interview not taking place - then proceeded to ask me 'Do you not think you should have checked with us?' Happy to ring you at the crack of dawn but no follow-through.

I'll update this if I get a bleating call about the possible impact to their client relationship of my naming them publicly.
