Service is terrible. A massive long queue and only one person on the front desk. Try going to a different one. Very disappointing for a busy town in peak times.

Post office is no longer open. Been with a big heavy parcel nearly 5 hours before their stated closed time of 10pm. Not open on any occasion.

Again, post office is NO LONGER open. Do not waste your time.

The service was terrible. The lady who I spoke to was very rude and obstructively unhelpful. My Daughter was sold a delivery service that was far in excess of what was needed and when I complained and asked for the service to be changed only 20 mins later, I was told this was not possible and they could not retrieve the parcel that was quite clearly just behind the counter because it was now "In the system". I pointed out that it was only put there 20 mins prior to this and the Lady was extremely rude to me and was prepared to argue every point at the expense of the long line of customers (that she clearly saw) who where lining up outside the doors. The dispute was only brought to an end by me because of the inconvenience, I felt the other customers were suffering, The thought, I am sure did not cross the post clark's mind who I am sure, would have been happy to argue this point all day at everyone's expense other then hers. The pointlessness quite simply defied belief.
